ISO certification

A quality guarantee of our services for our clients. To ensure a better quality control of our services, Medicatech has had its quality assurance system, certified by the Swiss TS Technical Services S.A. according to the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003 standard.

Obtaining this certificate of conformity guarantees the respect of the LPTh, ODim and the EC marking by its system of quality management as set by international standards.

The certification system requires us to record all the markings of the manufacturer as well as a protected mark onto the instruments after refurbishment, indicating the date of the repair. This guarantees traceability of the instrument and of its maintenance. This marking is done by electrolysis without altering the structure of the material, and can only be removed by mechanical polishing. It is therefore indelible.
